You would need to ask the people at alphatronix. Most l-Ion batteries do get warm when charged. It is is physics thing.

What does this device look, like when attached to the phone. Pictures?

    Glad you found a keeper!

This thread is poorly named.. why would a battery case getting warm be linked to iPhone 7 issue? Post it under accessories thread.

How is it related to the iPhone. You specifically stated that the case gets warm while charging. So you ever search for threads? I swear you always post threads on topics that have been discussed 100x before.

And what is this 'other issue' you mentioned in the title?

Well that seems like a case issue, right? That would belong in the accessories thread like Conan said, and additionally, calling the manufacture of the case will probably result in a better response?

Didn't you create a thread asking about battery pack vs. battery case? 99% of everyone suggested battery pack and then you went and got a case?

The case was a better option for me since it also protected the phone

Yes it's normal. Charging causes heat and phone cases stop charging when they don't have enough juice to keep charging but they usually still have a little bit left. Completely normal.

I thought battery cases used the case battery first and when depleted it uses the internal iPhone battery.

That's what I would do. Likely better suited for the iPhone.

Why would Apple replace your screen protector under warranty?! Its not Apple's screen protector, its whoever you bought it from. When you get a screen replaced at Apple they immediately tell you your screen protector will be trashed.

Its not Apple's screen protector. They are not required to install it for you and if they mess it up its not their fault as they are not experts and do not warrant it. If there is a problem with the install contact the manufacturer.

Okay, so contact Belkin if there is an install issue. Apple is not Belkin.
