Carrier iphone 7 caller can't hear me

as the title says, iphone 7 caller can't hear me.
i have changed the charging port / mic still have to shout.
siri hears me ok when i ask it questions

am stumped, any help would be great

It's a long shot but this happens with all carriers?

Same happens when using Google Hangouts or another phone app?

Also check if you can record a voice memo with stock Voice Memos app. If not - it's Audio IC and you need to visit Apple Store.
