Hello everyone. I received a replacement iPhone and usually I dont take videos and when I tried recording after i play the video I am getting this weird shaky "autofocus" in and out stuff. I am very annoyed because every year i have to return it like 4 times and waiting for a new one is 2 weeks so I am paying for a phone which I do not use. Please help me figure this out.

During recording this does NOT happen. Only while playback. Can anyone tell me if that is hardware or software defect?

Did you try restoring in iTunes or rebooting your iPhone

Yes of course. I even restored from DFU. Now its currently indoor light and in my home it doesn't seem to be happening. However I made that test last night ,and during low light it doesnt jitter that much.

Anyway, what I've found is that probably Apple screwed up again, and like always the iphone is total ****. I preassume everyone is having this problem. Take a look on these videos :

Both having the same stutter. The 7 keeps adjusting and refocusing or something like that with every movement you make.

I had the same problem with my 7 plus but it's gone since the latest update.
Before I tried restore DFU and set as new and still there. Mine is the 7 plus.

which soft version did u have it with? Which version fixed it for u and model number? There are two iOS 10.1.1 -> 14B100 and 14B150.

14B100. It annoyed the hell out of me and the update didn't get rid of it so ignored it. I don't have time to be visiting apple stores and getting sent away with a restore from their macs etc
I record a lot of videos for my work and noticed it wasn't there anymore. That's when I realised it must've been fixed by the latest update.

So 14B100 fixed it for you, or you still had it with? Because today when I was with 14B100 I was experiencing it. My video was recorded today. Anyway, do you think it's fixed by this update u got, or maybe because you don't make a straight movement? Try to walk faster on daylight...

To everyone else: let's all try and get this noticed by Apple and also report in the thread if you're experiencing such issues.

Bump. Problem remains even on betas. Anyone else? Is this software or hardware defect?
