IPhone 7 case compatible with smove?

I tried contacting the smove company, but haven't had any response, so I thought I would try here.

I currently use an Otterbox Defender, which is too big for the smove. Does anybody have any constructive ideas about a good case that can protect an IPhone 7 while permitting its use with the smove?

What exactly is the reason that the Defender won't work? It's too thick to fit in the holder?

Maybe try the Otterbox Commuter. It's similar to the Defender, but much thinner. (That's assuming that you prefer to stick with Otterbox)

From the looks of it on that site, it should fit with most cases, just not the really huge ones.

The size of the Defender case is fine, but its the weight. You need to get the balance correctly for the smove to work as it should and the extra weight of the Defender does not allow this to happen.
