Iphone 7 charger/headphone adaptor?

I've noticed that most of the adaptor/dongles on Amazon for the 7 don't have the ability to make phone calls or actually control the volume-pause functions of the iPhone. Does anyone know of one that actually does allow charging and full headphone-functionality?

Primarily it's the Belkin one (which Apple sells on their own web site and in their own stores as well).
