Question people on my iPhone 7 when I toggle the wifi off and on the wifi or toggle some setting on and off it vibrates a little is that expected ?
The Home button feels different not like my 6s plus .

The Home button feels different because it isn't a button at all on the 7.

If you're serious....yes and yes. Touch home button and the vibration (haptic feedback) is normal.
Just asking my 6s plus when i toggled setting off it never vibrated on my 6s plus on my iPhone 7 it does
 
Yes that is due to a new vibration mechanism.
I see now
[doublepost=1474056745][/doublepost]I figured out even if I toggled setting on and off , even 3D Touch it will vibrate it's normal this is the only year I go back to a 4.7 inch screen

You can turn this off if you don't like it.

Settings> General> Sounds & Haptics> System Haptics.
