I know that the Iphone 6s will come in this september....but .. I preffer to wait for Iphone 7 ...

better hardware
better camera(14MP)
3500 mah battery
6 inch screen (Plus model)
waterproof
sapphire glass
A10 chip with 5GB of ram
no bezels
maybe eye id??
thinner design
another colour that dont include the ROSE.
IOS 10

With all due respect to your opinion, I'm actually holding out for the iPhone X:

Even better hardware - Qualcomm FAF (fast as *******) modem with 7G
Even better camera (68mp with 4 micron pixels)
12,300 maH battery
3.5 inch screen, expandable to 8 inches (thats what she said)
Waterproof, sunproof and space proof
Actual diamond for glass (we can agree there)
A48 chip with 1.21 Gigawatts of RAM
1.7mm depth
Brainwave recognition - this is a good feature that will carry over
iOS 3, since Apple seems to be going backwards in quality
Available in September, backordered until January

I am interested to see other's wishes.

I wish they could understand that we don't need thinner. With phones getting bigger why would I want to be holding something with the DxLxW profile of cardboard and the hardness of stiff plastic/metal. It doesn't fit well in the hand. Heck, they don't fit well in the hand now. Not to mention the every decreasing battery life with the high resolution screens and more powerful processors.

Have you heard, that some google sites have suggested that the next iPhone will be called the iPhone 7 instead of 6S ? They point out that the next phone will have so many hardware upgrades that Apple may (May ?) call it iPhone 7. Just a rumor however......

It's like that every time basically. Nothing new about guessing it every time. Nothing really points to it being other than an 's' model, aside from just guessing, even though it's always a possibility of course.

I think about 60% of the following list is likely, 10% maybe, 30% will wait for next generation. If we're lucky we might get one or two in the 6S—slightly improved battery is likely, there's an outside chance of 4K but unlikely, maybe improved TouchID or FT camera is more likely. Anyway, my iPhone 7 expectations/possibilities list:

  • New case material, potentially using Liquidmetal with no visible antenna seams
  • Same 12MP resolution as the 6S using the new RGBW sensor I wrote about in another thread, perhaps improved low-light or lower-noise capabilities in the newer sensor combined with software and the faster hardware to make higher resolution composite images of 24mp+. Perhaps multiple lower-res cameras to achieve same goal and fake the depth of field.
  • 4K recording. Faster recording speed for slow-mo and/or 1080p slow-mo.
  • Slightly improved battery (~5% max, if anything—we are reducing bezels, thickness, and increasing resolution here, and it depends on how power efficient the A10 is)
  • Same screen sizes as before but fully rendered @3X resolution on the 7 and 7+
  • Perhaps water or splash resistant, but I doubt it
  • Sapphire glass coating
  • A10 chip with 2GB of RAM (unless they seriously change course it won't be until the 7S or 8 that we'll see 4GB of RAM)
  • Reduced bezels by a decent amount, but still present
  • Improved/faster TouchID
  • Maybe slightly thinner, perhaps around ~0.5mm or less
  • Improved 1080p FaceTime camera
  • Improved TapTic engine
  • MIMO WiFi
  • Inductive charging
  • Perhaps next-gen BlueTooth
  • Removal of headphone jack, especially if they make it thinner than I state above because there is literally no room. Or try to push Lightning headphones. They will work with Beats to make better bluetooth headphones, perhaps ship a basic version with the 7.

There are also rumors that the 2015 iPhone 6S will include a new 1.21 gigawatt charger for faster charging. The ad campaign will go... "plug it in now. charge it yesterday"

But then again in 1985 the iPhone didn't exist in 2015... So maybe they will just hold off on releasing a new iPhone this year.

They won't do this. Period. 3.5mm compatible headphones are even more mainstream than USB at this point, and nobody wants that.

I know of one smartphone unboxed by UnboxTherapy not too long ago that was so freaking thin it eliminated the headphone jack all together and required people to have a micro-usb-to-3.5mm-jack adapter. That's just stupid. Sure, at some point 3.5mm goes away, but as long as 2.5mm isn't mainstream like 3.5mm is right now there is absolutely no reason to make phones that stupidly thin. Besides, structural rigidity will be almost non existent at that point unless you make a solid block of aluminium. Oh, and also, batteries. No room for it.
