Hello people I have an issue there a tiny dot shiny inside the ear piece of iphone 7 it does not bug me .It only show in once in a while when you shine light on it. will this affect my iphone ?

I don't want to go to apple but down the road when my phone not working .

I asked Apple support communities and this is a sensor they say and it's not an issue with phone .

yes but it only shines with light and its so tiny if you look at it closely and its not detected on camera

I wouldn't got to apple yet or else they would laugh .

There is NO sensor inside the ear speaker hole. Likely just a piece of lint/debris and in no way will effect your phone.

Put you flashlight away and quit doing this.
Ok maybe what Apple support community told me was a lie . Last thing I did was clean my screen with a lint free cloth maybe like @Newtons Apple said lint or debris got inside the ear piece .

Yeah it's really a joke
Not a joke

Then you were going nuts on a small derbis that got into the ear piece
Yap not sure why the light detects it but not the sunlight . I had this similar issue in my 6s plus but under the home button there was dust
