there's no sensor in the earpiece. it's probably a piece of lint but there's nothing Apple or anyone else can do about it.

Does it affect your phone's functionality in anyway? Because even if you change it, there's no guarantee there wouldn't be more lint in the future.

You're developing OCD over this device. Please stop shining your flashlight all over looking for flaws cause chances are, you'll find more flaws. Just use the phone as it's meant to be...

Apple won't anything About it and is it common for lint to get into the ear piece
