iPhone 7/Plus Iphone 7 issue please help!!!

i have an iphone 7 latest update

the problem i have is the past week or two when trying to watch skygo/netflix etc my screen will go dim and then lock

my autolock is 30 seconds , so i change it to never and this solves the problem
but i want a proper fix

does the same issue happen when you're watching a video in Youtube app? if so, then reset the phone. if not, uninstall and reinstall the app. hope it helps.
