Iphone 7 plus assistive touch stuck

hi, I'm using a Iphone 7 plus 128gb, my assistive touch is getting stuck most of the times when I need to exit from the apps, (doesn't response) is it a iOS issue or hardware related issue pls advise, thanks

I have the same problem than you but not so often, 1-2 times per day. First time it was on 10.2 so it is software related

Never had a problem until updating to 10.2. Definately an iOS bug.
