iPhone 7 plus jet black sold out

I don't think it was ever available, showed up right away as "delivers sept 26 - oct 3"
yes thats what i got mine for. now its at 1 to 2 weeks delivery
still hoping to get mine on launch!! argh
I believe this happens every year where Apple releases a statement saying they over estimate the delivery date even though they intend on getting them delivered on launch day.
Ditto here. It states that it ships in 1-2 weeks, so theres a chance we get it on the 16th??
hopefully, I'm hopeful, i know apple is known for doing this and then on wednesday we get a shipping email! oh i hope lol

Mine said sep 26 - oct 3... then when I got to the end of the processes it changed to oct 4 -10... that's bs... once you start ordering one it should hold it.
It's always been that way, just an estimate. Only actually reserves once you complete checkout.
Same here. I was under the impression that once you started the process that it was supposed to hold your spot until you finished. Same exact thing happened to me with the 6 Plus, but I did get it a little earlier than the quoted timeframe.
ugh... well got the wife's rose gold 7+ done on the apple store for 16th delivery. had my jet black in the cart at att for the 16th and then it kept crapping out when it went to charge the card.... so screen is just spinning on one and then opened up new browser window and i'm confirmed in the october 14th lot...although i'm sure we will all get it on launch day... i've never ordered a phone within the first hour that I didn't get on launch.
Jet black was never available for me. Verizon said all navailible. I'm hoping that if jet black is in on pickup day, that they will let us switch models to jet black instead of the one we preordered.
Oh well... I'm better off just waiting.... I'm never waiting line again... I remember the first year they did gold and space gray for the 5s I waited in line for like a day and a half... I was close to the front too... they only got 3 gold ones... I wasn't sad though cuz I ended up liking space gray better... but then when the 6 came out I had to get white witch I didn't want... so if I have to wait a few weeks oh well...
