iPhone 7 plus moving background issue

Hey all,

My lock screen background moves as I tilt the phone, despite the home screen background not, as I've turned off the motion. Any ideas why?
 
Toggle Perspective on Lock Screen:

Settings > Wallpaper > Tap on the Lock Screen background > Tap to highlight Still > Set

Not sure how I missed that. Thanks!

Edit: after fixing... man does that blend in on the stock iOS 10 background. Maybe that's how I missed it!
