iPhone 7 Plus sound and reciving

Sound quality on the ear is very low.

Also a lot of people say they have a hard time hearing me or that i sound like im in a tin can.

Any fixes out there for this?

Is your phone in a case?

Yes in an apple leather case

Take the phone out and try. I have no experience with that case, but I have seen cases interfere with calls.

Took of case and even took off sound canceling its the same it's stupid how low it is.
