iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 7 Plus stuck on logo screen after update?

My daughter updated to the latest iOS yesterday. After that, she deleted an app, and her phone glitched and has been stuck on a white screen with the black apple logo, which occasionally flickers. Chatted with apple support for almost 3 hours yesterday (updating, restoring, etc.) with no luck. Can't get a Genius appointment for a week or more. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue, and if so, what the fix was?

Yes, I believe so. Apple support had me try that a couple times.

Looks like maybe a trip to the Apple store to see if they can diagnose.

I am afraid not as Apple is going through battery hell right now. You can try to go with no appointment, I have been successful before but you might still have to wait.

Get there right when they open for a walk in appointment, I’ve had pretty good luck and haven’t had to wait more than 15-20 min.

You can Also call Apple directly and they can schedule an appointment over the phone for you, for your specific Apple store location.
