Hi! I'm in desperate need of help. I'm leaving the country in two days and my new iPhone 7 is acting up something fierce!
Two days ago, it started dropping calls. Today, it lost charge quickly. When I first plugged it in, it went from 13% to 100% immediately, then turned off. Now the lightening bolt is showing when it is plugged in, but it won't go past 2%. It keeps restarting randomly.
I've tried two chargers. I rebooted it. I reset it. Nothing is helping. Is there something I am missing?
