Hi,

Since upgrading to the iPhone 7 I've been getting more and more annoyed by the stuttering when scrolling. It's not all the time but a lot of time and can happen with inbuilt iOS apps as well as 3rd party. Is this an issue with iOS 10 and therefore has the chance of being fixed with an update, or is it something with the iphone 7?

Cheers.

Could be your processor is busy doing something else causing it to not have enough processor for smooth scrolling?
Thanks. TBH I've tried fully closing all apps and it still does it. For example if I scroll through my albums in my music it stutters as I scroll up and down. Likewise as I scroll through open safari windows, or through listings in eBay.

I'm guessing from your post you've not noticed it? It's done it on both 7's I've tried.
[doublepost=1478378421][/doublepost]I should add it's when flicking through very quickly.

Flicking rapidly will exceed the devices ability. I just tried on my device and it take some serious flicking before I can see any problems. Not an issue to me.

Thanks for the replies. It's not "serious flicking" just if I scroll fast. I didn't look for it, it just became apparent and annoying. I'll see if I can video it and post a link.

Mine has micro-stutters also. Others have reported this here. I was hoping the recent iOS updates would fix this, but not so far. I've learned to ignore it, but it reminds me of Android's early days.

That's a very good way to describe it, and one of the things I've always prefered iOS and OS over android and windows, the way the software is so smooth and polished.

Thanks for the info, guess I have to just try and ignore it :(

I used to have the link to send feedback to apple but have lost it, does anyone happen to still have it please?
