Hello people I have a vibration issue on my iPhone 7 not sure if it's loud I posted video to both when i make a call and when i plug it in .

Second issue at point it won't charge when I plugged it in only happened once yesterday and once today with a different lightning cable not the apple one what can I be the issue ?
when I unplug the cable and plug it in it works I tested it twice.

You haptic motor is not supposed to be heard. It is to be felt.

Get rid of that cheap a$$ disco 3rd party cable and use an Apple Lightning one.

It looks like you iPhone was already at 100%

With that bundle of wires on your bedroom floor, I see a fire in your future.

I was just asking

why at point when I plug it in via my 4 port anker charge with anker cable sometimes it won't recognizes I plugged in ?

Should I just try Apple cable instead ?

The haptic motor is supposed to be silent.

It is one of the best features of the 7

Yes go back to the APPLE cable.

You third party flashing cable is likely using most of the power for the lights and nothing is getting to the iphone.

According to you this third party cable does not charge your iPhone. In the video I did see your iPhone was at 100% so I do not know if it is the 3rd party cable or your device is already charged.

When you device is less that 100% if the flashing 3rd party cable does not charge your iPhone, try the Apple one and see if it does. They way you can eliminate which one has a problem. Like I said with the "light show" you are getting with the 3rd party cable, most of your USB power is going for the lights and not getting to charge your battery. The Apple cable may not be as fancy but all the USB power will got to your battery and not the "light show".

If I try the Apple cable and still has the issue Should I go to Apple Store ?

The vibration won't be loud as the iPhone 6 ?

If the Apple cable does not charge your iPhone and you have tried both the little charger block that came with the phone and a USB port on your computer then yes, you would need to have them look at it. You had to be getting it charged somewhere as your iPhone was showing 100% in you own video.

The old vibrators had a rotary motor that made a buzzing sound that could wake the dead it was so loud. The iPhone 6 was the first with a new type of vibrator using a haptic motor. It is a linear motor and does not spin but instead move a weight back and forth. The new iPhone 7 has an even better, larger, haptic motor which is near silent and should only be felt by the user when in your pocket. That is the whole purpose of it being on vibrate so only YOU know you got a call and not everyone in the room.

That's two different iPhones the one that shows 100% I still my dad the One in first video is mine

on mine it happend once yesterday and once today. When I plug it in it didn't show the charging symbol after I unplug plug and plug it back in it worked

IF, it does that with multiple cables, there could be a problem. For now just make sure the charge indicator comes on when you plug it in.

Hope you have a great weekend.
