Iphone 7 vs X camera

Hi all

I have upgraded from a standard iPhone 7 to X and do love the X but when boxing up my 7 to sell I noticed it feels lighter and in a way better than the X

Anyway it got me thinking apart from the differences like face ID, OLED etc , what is the difference in cameras between these two phones

I did take some pictures today outside with the X and I'm impressed for sure, but what is the difference. I know there is 2 cameras but what makes it better
