iPhone 8 - 120hz oled?

Has there been any rumors of an updated refresh rate on the next iPhones screen? Since its a bragged about feature on the newest iPad Pro, i'd love something like this on the next iPhone.

This could still be a feature it is technically possible with the OLED panels being used.

It could be that it hasn't leaked because people have been focusing more on the design change, facial recognition and the OLED display. It's possible that we will see the 120hz screen with Promotion.

you can already shoot in 4K on the 7 and 7 Plus, i do agree tho that this years iPhone will be a big upgrade. Note sure how they are going to upgrade the camera there hasn't been many leaks about that as far as i can see.

Everyone was very sure that the 7 would get TrueTone display but alas, it did not. I really don't think the 8 will get ProMotion as Apple seems to reserve these certain display technologies for the iPad Pro line.

Of course, I'll be pleasantly surprised if it does have it though.

On the contrary, I do believe Tru-Tone And the Promotion may very well be incorporated into the new iPhone OLED model. At least one or the other. But If I had to choose one of those, I would like to see the 120 HZ refresh rate.
