Just got the 8, and plugged my Bowers & Wilkins P5 headphones (using the Apple supplied dongle) in for some music, and right off the bat the bass is very obviously and noticeably stronger than my 6. Still a bit early to decide if I like it or not, will have to do more listening.
Guessing it's the D/A and amp in the dongle that's making it sound different?
