iPhone 8/Plus iPhone 8 Camera Lockscreen Bug

I have been having a issue with launching the camera on my iphone 8 from the lockscreen, about 60% of the time it will just do the iPhone equivilent of the beach ball and not launch the camera, it did from the moment I bought it and when 11.2 dropped it stopped until a few days ago and now does it alot, I have soft reset a few times and it seems to stop for a while. It was annoying today when I wanted to take pics of the kids for Christmas and I had to go to the home screen to launch the camera. (Complete first world problem, I know)

Anyone else having this?

I haven’t done a iTunes restore.

Try that, or if you haven’t yet, just pressing the volume button and power button and see if that fixes it.

I did try that, and it seems to go away for awhile but it comes back. I might try a itunes restore someday if it bothers me enough or doesnt go away in a update.

Now my iPhone 7 on 11.2.5 is doing the exact same thing. Has to an iOS 11 bug...
