It is, but that's what many said about gold then rose gold. Both colors which became popular when they were first introduced just to it being a new color. Apple tells us which colors are nice and we must agree. Resistance is futile.

It could depend on the light I suppose.

Ford sell the Fiesta in the UK in a colour called copper pulse. In the showroom, under good lighting, it looks nice and shows off the car's lines. In the real world, it looks like metallic diarrhoea. Yet it's a premium, extra cost colour option. I guess it takes all sorts.

I find both the gold and rose gold options horrible but I guess most people use a cover so the white front plate is usually the only visible aspect.

Anyways, it's a bit academic since this is clearly fake. Would somebody seriously lay their hands on a scoop like this and only bother to photograph the back?
