Timmy's was bigger. iPhone 8+ confirmed based on a deep and careful analysis of Apple's CEO's crotch region.

It could just be a Samsung S8. Has the similar aspect ratio. Much longer than current iPhone.

Fascinating technology with L-shaped batteries and double stacked logic boards. I will look forward to the iFixit breakdowns after the iPhone launch.

Any ideas what the silver square might be on the first picture on the screen on the left? Is it part of the display assembly or might - *might* - it be a TouchID sensor?

I've never had to repair my own screen so it might be something pretty standard but it looks a little out of place.
