iPhone 8/Plus iPhone 8 Overheating & Battery Issues

Hi,

I have an iPhone 8 that is overheating (feels very warm) and has battery drainage issues as well. Both of these issues seem to be occurring simultaneously.

Has anyone had these issues before and could you please provide some suggestions for resolving them? Thanks!

I was facing the same issues. I reset my phone completely to default and then it started working fine. Try this and share your result.

Here is some tips that could save battery life.
1. Lower Screen Brightness
2. Tighten Up Auto-Lock the shortest period for your device, namely 30 seconds.
3. Turn off Wi-fi if You Don't Need It
4. Limit Background Refresh for Applications
5. Restrict Unimportant Notifications
6. Don't Update Apps Automatically
7. Do not Activate Location Service
8. Use Low Power Mode
