iPhone 8/Plus iPhone 8 pixel defect

This defective pixel showed on my 8 like 2 months ago. Has anyone experienced this? Can it get any worse? It’s very visible especially on bright backgrounds.

Take it to the Apple store before the warranty is up. They’ll replace the screen for free.

Well... Some companies have policy allowing for an "acceptable number of dead pixels."

When I had my 6S a while back, it had a dead pixel. I took it in to the Apple store, they looked at it and replaced the screen (under warranty) within an hour.
