Other iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone 11 ?

Which one should I upgrade to from my iPhone 6s Plus please?

I know it should be a easy chose but it is not.

Depends on what your priorities are, same as with the purchase of any other tool.

Given that the 11 is the current device that would be my preference, better camera, better battery life, Face ID, better processor.

I’ve had both. There is only one major pro to me with the 8+, and that is that it’s got a larger feel in hand. The 8+ is 5.5”, while the 11 is 6.2”. The 8+ is a bigger physical device thanks to the bezels. The 11 is faster, newer and has a WAY better camera if that matters. People always come into these posts and claim they hate Face ID and can’t give up Touch ID. The fact of the matter is the 11 is better for nearly every consumer. You will get a been there, done that feeling if you get the 8+. Grab an 11 and enjoy it until the iPhone 14 or 15.

Both great phones and I own the 8+ currently, but if buying now I’d have to advise the 11.

Definitely 11. Unless you need/want the 2x optical telephoto. Then 8 plus or 11 pro. Wife just upgraded (kicking and screaming) from the 6s to 11 pro and she loves it.

I prefer TouchID over FaceID, so that's why i choose the 8+ over the X when i had the choice.

I have compared my 8Plus with the 11, and although the colors on the 11 are warmer and brighter, it is a little less sharp compared to the 8 Plus (due to lower resolution screen). Now I know, most of you don't care about that, but using the 11 next to my 8 Plus it started to annoy me a bit. So yeah, it is noticeable.

Thanks everyone I upgraded from the iPhone 6s Plus to the iPhone 11 and love it.

Face id is much better than I thought! I am embracing it!

Speed is amazing.
