Click to expand... Are you really asking if glass breaks easier than aluminum? Take a wine glass and drop it onto a hardwood/tile floor. Repeat this test with a metal coffee mug. I'm actually upgrading from a 7 to an 8 (which is a silly upgrade I admit, but I have my reasons). You asked if glass would break easier than aluminum. Of course it will. Reactions: ABC5S

I have the 7 Plus but I'm on a payment plan so it's just a swap it in and go situation. But I'd hate to have to put it in a big bulky case to prevent it from breaking.
