Not sure why it sells so cheap, the items are out of fashion, not so high quality or somewhat ugly?

I think it's a little bit of all three. This stuff looks like the same kind of items that sell on eBay. As far as the cases go, those would be nice backup cases at best. Silicone is always cheaper in both quality and price.
