hi..

i connected my iphone to mac first time.. itunes detected it but said iphone cannot be activated as sim card is not there..

when i checked the sim card case.. no att card was present there..
i inserted my other phone card which i got from India..

itunes is till showing the same message..

do we need att sim car specifically or some other sim card will work..

i got my iphone from ebay and i think so the preson who sold me the phone took it out.. also the iTune shows thats its Travis' iphone.. does that means he had tried to activate it ?

any help would be appreciated..

thnx
kartik..

Yeah he has already activated it. I'd go to AT&T and get a new sim and see if you can activate it that way.
