So I've been eyeing the Air for a couple months now and I was surprised to see that it was 63k PHP instead of 73k.

I had to double check with the salesman to make sure it wasn't an error. I'm pretty sure this never happens. i guess it's not selling as well as apple expected (which we all know).

Anyway I'm not complaining but I'm starting to wonder if the Air is the right choice now. I'll figure it out, hopefully… 😅

I think it's just been adjusted by retailers more towards the price point it should have been at launch.
For what it's on sale for outside of Apple, it's a genuinely great deal.

I got my Air for $799 from Consumer Cellular instead of $999. They are not running this deal anymore. Guess they were just trying to get some inventory out.

They lowered the price, so now I don't want to buy it 😂

Sorry it's just funny because usually people say the opposite!

I get it 🤣 I'm happy the price is lower but now I'm wondering if it's a good phone if no one is buying it 🥲

eBay is in the low 700. It’s A great deal and I wish I had the time to wait to buy one

You can research the issue here but priced to high with the sacrifices the phone as you to make from a consumer level at 700-800 hundred though that’s a compelling price.

The model is past its prime sales period of September to December. That was when less rational buyers would enter the market.

Buyers looking for phones now are the pragmatic, wait and see type. Those buyers are even less likely to buy Air.

Seeing a similar trend here in South Africa. iPhone Air 256GB was originally R24199, is now selling for R14999.

It’s closely priced to an iPhone 16e 128GB…

AT&T postpaid currently has the Air for $4.99/mo with 36 month installment plan or just $180 (plus plan cost of course). You get monthly credits with this deal so you need to stay the entire 3 years to get the full discount.

I got the Air at launch, returned it for the iPhone 17 but I find myself missing the Air now. For me, this is a great deal to jump back in as I have no plans of cancelling my 20+year old AT&T postpaid account.

go for it!

Already did - Black 256GB.

I got the Sky Blue (really more like cool white) at launch because I felt lighter colors were more "Air-ish". The black just looked so gorgeous though and I kept getting FOMO.
Nice, i had another play with the Air in the apple store today and cant believe how thin and light it is, and also the premium feel to it. I don't think anyone on MR can say its not a beautiful phone.

Amazon are now selling the Air in the UK for £699 so I ordered one yesterday. It should be a decent upgrade from my 12, especially in terms of the screen.
Nice! The phone doesn't feel big but the screen is quite a bit bigger than the base model/Pro. I'm worried if I ever go back to the Pro that the screen may feel a bit too small 🥲

Definitely an upgrade over your iPhone 12 imo so enjoy it. Might grab the black one myself for £699 not sure yet though.
