I think my ranking would be:

1. Sky Blue
2. Light Gold / Cloud White (Tie)
3. Space Black

They're all gorgeous tho.

• I love the Sky Blue cause it reminds me of an icy glacier calmly floating in Antarctica.
• I love the Light Gold cause it reminds me of a sandy dune in the middle of the Sahara glistening in the sun.
• I love the Cloud White cause it reminds me of an ethereal fluffy white cloud hovering over the horizon on a sunny day.
• I love the Space Black cause it reminds me of an elegant slab of dark metamorphic rock.

TLDR; impossible to pick a color. LOL.

I’ve also had concerns about the black coating so going with blue, I think both look great anyway. My black 16 pro has quite a few marks on the side despite being in a case, hopefully apple has improved it with Air but I’d avoid cases too solid (like the clear apple case) if not especially if you plan to take the in and out the case on a frequent basis.

With the iPhone 17 and Air, it's hard to choose a color as they all look nice. I just want to get them all.

With the iPhone 17 Pros, it's hard to choose a color as they're all kinda meh. Really not a fan of the 2-tone back. 🫤

Oh be serious - London is extremely fashionable. Londoners are some of the best in the world at putting themselves together. I can guarantee you very few men 30+ in London have bright yellow cars, purple PS5 pads and pastel blue iPhones. And London can be extremely eclectic. Teenagers mostly have these choices.

No-one is saying you shouldn't buy a pastel blue phone as a guy, there's no policing here. Calm down. Buy your baby blue phone, I'll even compliment you on it.

Have Space Black on pre-order, but dreading the fingerprints (you can see it in Saf's video). Not sure whether to switch to Sky Blue.

Switch to Cloud White, I ordered that colour and really look forward to it.

The Sierra Blue iPhone 13 Pro was the best color Apple ever released. The sky blue iPhone Air is probably the closest we’ll get to that for now. I think it looks really slick in the hands-on videos.

We're not talking about universal truths. Just common dress sense. Most men don't have an eclectic style so won't want a pastel accessory.

Some men, usually younger men still working out what suits them, do look much more expressive and will go for all kinds of colours. All your items you've listed and their colours - none of that matches. So you're clearly not concerned about getting out of a yellow car in funky blue sneakers while swinging your purple PS5 pad over your shoulder. All good, but no one will consider you put-together as we say in the UK.

Nothing profound about any of that, and yes men will wear pastel shirts on occasion, but very rarely buy any pastel accessories as men usually have many shirts, but very few accessories - so the accessories tend to need to match more outfits.

But again, I'm talking to someone who buys ON sneakers so I guess there's absolutely no chance to see eye to eye here. Do they have even one decent running shoe

A phone is not an “accessory” though. It’s not a bracelet, necklace, etc. Nobody is going to care if your phone color doesn’t match your outfit. That’s just… weird.

Just based on the pictures on the apple website I like Light Gold the best. None of the colors wow me though.

Have a blue and white coming from Apple and JL on Friday, will decide which is for me when I can compare.

Frost case and blue bumper should arrive 19th too…….will be interesting to see how they look and feel on the device……might be the first iPhone I use case less since the 4s.

Have a tpu screen protector for the Air as I’m not keen on the look of the second slab of glass that imo messes up the look of mobile devices.
