Same. I set up iUP yesterday (as I’ve done for years). Online opened for me about :4 after. Sept 25 was default delivery and no in-store pickup available. Across all Max colors. Weird. First time, going all the way back to ‘07, that I’ve not gotten a launch day device. Coincidentally, this is my first Max. 🤔

Anyway, 512 Deep Blue Max ordered.

UPDATE: just got the email that delivery has moved up to 2/19.

Just ordered 2 with the iPhone upgrade program. Both 245gb Pro Max. One in silver, one in blue. Both with delivery dates of 9/25. Thought that was bizarre for how quick we got in the queue. Went back to Apple’s website and pretended to order the same phones with a new plan, and sure enough it shows delivering 9/19. Why are iPhone upgrade program members getting screwed?

First time ordering on Apple, so is 9/25 just a default or historically does it change to an earlier date?
 
Delivery 9/25, pick up in store 9/19. I selected the latter. Cosmic Orange iPhone Pro. For what it's worth I had multiple devices on the website and store. My Mac got in first, but then went back to the waiting room when I tried to place my order. My phone (Apple Store App) then came up with my selected device (I did the "pre-pre-order") and I was able to complete once I selected a check-in window.
 
Got my 512gb deep blue premix for Friday 19th delivery. Did anyone else keep getting signed out lol?
 
Pretty smooth - website took a few minutes to let me in. UK. Cloud white Air. Pick up at my preferred store & time slot no problem.

The website was up & running long before the app for me.
 
Both my wife and I got in right away and both says 9/25 for delivery. She got a silver max pro and I got the orange max pro
 
The preorder worked seamlessly in the app for me. My iPhone 17 Pro in Cosmic Orange will be here on the 19th along with the blue Beats case I ordered.
 
wow Apple lol 9/25 and no in-store pickup? smh.

I guarantee if I wait until later in the morning I’ll be able to see launch weekend availability and the ability to pick up in store.
 
Yep, pretty sure that screen was a queue. Waiting finally got me in and delivery was 9/25 for orange pro 256 :/

It said in-store for 9/19, but wouldn't let me select in-store at checkout
 
Use Apple Store app in the iphone. Website is still not working (as of at 8:10ET minutes). 17 Pro Max, Deep Blue, 9/19 delivery, ordered at 8:08ET.
 
It wouldn’t let me in for like 5 minutes despite being on the page at exactly 8am. And then when it finally did let me in Orange Pro Max not available until the 25th and all NYC store no pickup available.
 
This is dumb never relaunched the app and followed the instructions it let me in at 8:06am EST with a 25th date. It’s happened before when there were problems been a member of IUP since it started. Hoping the dates will slip back to release day as they tweak logistics.

I have like 8 authenticators for work/personal I can’t go to an Apple Store and stay there migrating for 8+ hours.
