iPhone and car bluetooth

Hi, i have an iPhone 6 (iOS 8.3) and i use it to stream Spotify to my car through bluetooth. When i bought the phone i noticed that if while listening to spotifly i received a whatsapp audio i could play that audio and the music will pause and the audio would be played through the IPHONE SPEAKER. I really liked this because it let me listen to the audio privately if i wanted to (just as when it's not paired to a bluetooth system).
But I don't know why it just stopped doing that and now it plays everything through the car speakers...

Any solutions?

Sounds like something was broken and now it's fixed. The only reason it should revert to playing from your iPhone is if the pairing is switched.
