Iphone and external display

I bought the 50 buck composite video cable and used it to connect my iPHONE to an external projector. My assumption was that it will display all the application I need (mainly safary browser), but apparently is just support video and images display. Any tips on this respect would be strongly appreciated.

You are correct.

Currently the iPhone only outputs from the Photo and iPod applications. Perhaps when the SDK is released later this month that may change.

i doubt that the sdk will change the menu and existing apps output but i can imagine new apps that are relevant such as a mobile keynote (heres hoping) would.
