I'll make this short. So I record my own music and import it into iTunes. Then I select my song that I recorded and "Convert Selection to ACC" (so my song won't be 50 MB).

Now this is confusing to me because when I put the song on to my iPhone the volume is the same as the other songs (including songs that I have purchased)...which is what I want. But when I listen to it on my computer through iTunes it is half the volume than my purchased music. Sound Check and Sound Enhancer are not in enabled. Don't know why the volume would be different between my iPhone and computer.

If I crank up the "Volume Adjustment" to counter it on my computer, it makes my iPhone volume way too loud! What's up? Is the iPhone software doing something to it?

    Any help would be appreciated

    Found It

Okay so I think I found out why...so I guess the iPhone defaults to Sound Check?

That is correct. The setting to turn it off is in the iPod settings.
