iPhone and Itunes wtf

I purchased a few songs on my iphone, I didnt sync before I updated the firmware, now when I check for purchases I dont get the songs I bought but i bet i get the bill in a few days😡

Go in your iTunes account when the bill comes and report the problem.



I didn't know people still bought songs on their iPhone...

How did you upgrade without syncing back? If you call iTunes support and tell them what happened, they'll probably reset your account so you can re-download them

Try to buy them again. I bet when you go through the process, it will tell you that you already bought the song, and ask if you want to download again.

That's happened to me. I was annoyed, but then when I clicked buy again and got ready for the charge again, it gave me that message.

That's only for apps I think - I accidentally tried to buy a song again that I'd already bought and the warning I got was that I'd already bought it and if I continued I'd be charged again. Might have changed now though, as that was a couple of years ago.

So if you paid for and downloaded a piece of software to your computer, then formatted and re-installed the OS without burning the software on CD first, would the website you bought it from and the computer be a pathetic system too? 🙄

yes as most of them keep a note of your purchase and allow redownloading😡

contact apple, they allow you to redownload all your lost music once.

But see, there is a different system with music. The iTunes Music Store allows music downloads only once as it states in the agreement. After purchase, it is the users responsibility to backup your music purchases because of this policy. You can try and contact customer support and sometimes they will allow you to download it again for free but sometimes they don't.
