Being that the iPhone is the new Newton, anyone have any side-by-side pictures?

    Thanks!

Great pic. I remember looking at a friend's Newton and thinking how slick it was. I wonder what we'll be comparing the iPhone to in 15 years?

    MP2100 and iPhone

I just took a pic of Apple's two latest handheld computers, sitting ARM and ARM on my desk.

StrongARM in the Newton and an evolution of the StrongARM, an Xscale, in the iPhone. Same screen resolution, as well: 320x480.

I would crap myself if Apple enabled inkwell on the iPhone. The Newton was ahead of it's time, they really could bring it back (see first sentence) and completely crush Palm.

The Message Pad 2x00 is a good bit larger than earlier Newtons.
