iPhone and Outlook Calendar 2011

Has anyone found a way to sync your Outlook 2011 with your iPhone 4?

Other than through exchange, i don't think there is a way. I've been trying this for a while, but can't find a solution.

I use exchange and yes there has been no problems. But for manual syncing I haven't tried it. I'm sure there is a work around out there somewhere!
