iphone app question

What is the app on cydia that allows you to turn on 3g/wifi/data and other things really quick. I had it before and I forgot the name of it. You slid your hand on top and there is a drop down menu.

I don't Jailbreak, but I think what you are refering to is boss pref?? Don't shoot me if I'm wrong!! 😛
