Ok well, I have been searching the literature to find the answer but it's a bit harder than I thought. I have an idea for an app that is just simply a link to my companies site. I work for a company that has a particular site where the associates can visit to see their schedule, and change their availabilities as well as see there employment info. Do you think this will be breaking any rules if I build an app that is simply a link to that site? Wouldn't it be just the same to blog about my company with a link at the bottom of an article that leads to the site?

I thought apple were rejecting apps like this, because there is no functionality. Besides, why do you need an app for this? I can't see any benefit - you could just tell them to use the 'add to homepage' feature in safari.
