You right about that other app. I hadn't seen it before. It's almost the same thing but it doesn't let you save the image and it has not animation. But there is a gun noise and blood splatter.

So it's a poor imitation of Wanted Dead or Alive but with blood allowed. My app would have been in the store before that one too if I didn't have to make several changes to get mine approved. So it's not just the fact that one is allowed and the other isn't. But it also gives me a disadvantage as I cannot claim to be first, even though I was probably finished first.

I remember the same thing happened with another one of mine Army Night Vision. Approval delays meant that another app got in before me and went up the charts into the top 100. Then changes in policy meant that I couldn't make any changes to the app to improve it. Resulting in some poor reviews.

I know the approvers have a hard job. There's thousands of apps going through the process every week, they probably work long hours. I don't envy them. But I just want some consistency. I think Apple just needs to fork out some more money and hire another 100 of them. I'm sure they can afford it.

Don't care if anybody thinks it is usesless. If you don't want it, you don't have to get it. Nobody is pointing a gun at your head telling you to get it. (punny i know).

Samething goes for pretty much anything. If you don't like it, don't get it. Some people will like this and want it.

What the hell does your reply have to do with my post?

Do you want me to use your vacation photos of you and your family and make them gore to the ****?

That's what this app does...

No, this uses the live camera to "shoot" the objects directly in front of you, not photo altering.

I can just as easily take a photo of you, and with Photoshop put your dead body in a crime scene. Maybe we should have Apple block any photo editing software on the Mac too?

People are too easily offended these days. PARENTS need to censor, not Apple. The only things that should be disallowed are apps that will cause harm to the device, or steal information, or break some sort of law. This does none of these. It's a matter of Apple feeling it's too violent. Really? But apps like Gangstar is OK? Hypocrisy. Period.
