iPhone App Store - Sign Out

Is there any way i can sign out of the app store and clear the itunes password via iphone?

You don't need to. As soon as you close the app store the next time you try to download something it will ask for your password again to prevent un-authorized downloads.

Thanks. but, is there a way we can change the user name ?

You have to connect to itunes, and sign into the itunes store under a different name while your phone is connected. You might have to click the sync button to so it transfers the account info.
