iphone app store, unable to purchase message.

The last couple of day when I try to update or install an app its been failing
with a "unable to purchase" messages.

Any Ideas on what's going on?

Is this happening on your computer in iTunes also? If so, it could be that your credit card is being declined.

thanks. I check itunes last night on my home PC and it wouldn't download
ether so something is amiss.

I'll have to get a hold of apple/itunes.

I keep getting this unable to purchase message however it downloads and installs new apps. What it does do it takes 2 apps i had installed prior and looks as if its going to install them again, they appear to be "waiting" and never install even after the new app is done. Then if i go back into the app store and exit out the phantom "waiting" apps are gone from my home screen. I cant seem to find out why this happens or how to rid of it.

any ideas?
