iphone appearance

I'm new to this site so I'm not sure if this question ahs been asked and answered. Is there a way in which one can change the appearance of one's iphone home screen (the background, the icon symbols) similar to how jailbroken iphones are but without jailbraking it? Has apple released such application or does such application exist? Any kind of answer is appreciated.

Have to jailbreak. It's not that big of a deal, just do a restore to original Apple Firmware, and your Un-Jailbroken😉

If you don't mind voiding your warranty there is nothing stopping you.

Doesnt void the warranty because you can return it back to exact factory settings.
