Iphone apple care warranty question

I bought a used ATT iphone at craigslist few months ago, and not the home button is broken. It's still under apple care warranty, can i bring it to apple store and get it fix? I'm not the first owner of this iphone

Yes, you dont have to be original owner and they wont ask you for a receipt or anything.
Just bring your phone and they will take care of the rest.
