Iphone apple care warranty question

I bought a used iphone 4 from ebay 2 months ago, and now the battery is dead. The battery die in few hours, and i have check the apple warranty. Do i still have the warranty? If i do, how could i get it fix?

Yes, it's covered under warranty. Take it to an Apple store.

Yes, you dont need the receipt or any proof.
Just bring the phone in and they will take care of the rest.
