iphone apps and itouch apps interchangeable?

I have a itouch currently. I'm purchasing the iphone next month. I have already purchased/download several applications to my itouch. Will these apps sync to my new iphone next month when I plug it up to itunes? Thanks

If it's on the same iTunes account and you have it set up to sync all apps, yes they will. If not just go to the apps tab and enable them

Yes, they should transfer just fine.

All touch apps will work on the iPhone. However, there is a possibility that an iPhone app might not work on the touch (ie something that requires the phone features).
