You can already have ringtones you don't have to buy. There are several ways, which you will find by searching the forums here. If you have Garage Band, it's a cinch and I am sure that procedure is covered on the Apple pages.

if you really want these features... jailbreak your phone! its so much better. If you dont like it you can always restore.
