I'm considering an iPad and was wondering if all of my iPhone apps (say Scrabble) will work with the iPad or will I have to re-buy them?

All iphone/touch apps will work. If the app requires GPS then it will not function 100% with the wifi only iPad model unless the app can also use the wifi for location based tasks.
